In Feb 2024, I had an opportunity to chat with a dear friend and ex-colleague Saurabh Gupta on the topic of scaling impact as a design leader (Duration: 52 mins)

In Feb 2023, I was on an industry panel organized by Girls in Tech on the topic of making a business case for UX. This online event was attended by well over 1000 participants from all over the world. The panelists discussed ways to justify the value of UX, its impact, and its ROI.

In Feb 2023, I was on an industry panel at the UX360 conference, a global event attended by over 1000 participants from the field of UX research and design. UX360 was a showcase on the latest UX and design research – from planning and conducting, to analysis and the implementation of UX insights.

In Jan 2023, I chatted with Alex Smith of Fuego UX, on solving complex industry problems, collaboration horizontally and vertically, and the three sets of skills and competencies that designers need to have.

In June 2021, I was invited by BayOne Solutions to participate in an industry panel on Future of UX. Event was attended by a global audience of over 500+ designers and design enthusiasts. I shared my views on various topics such as value and growth of UX, design leadership, strategic design, design tools and future of industry and UX profession.

In March 2021, I organized and moderated a panel of industry experts on Power of Design Thinking During Crisis. This session was part of annual 3-day conference Me2We organized by Stanford University Graduate School of Business LEAD program participants. The conference is attended by over 400+ participants from 35+ countries.

In June 2020, I was invited by the Silicon Valley Design Thinking Club to share my views on design and strategy during COVID-19 pandemic. We discussed how companies are responding to the pandemic, some of the early lessons learnt and how individuals can be better prepared to deal with the post-COVID world. (Duration: 30 mins).

I was invited by BayOne Solutions to conduct a webinar on how to promote a Culture of Design. As a designer with a seat at the leadership table, I shared my views on how to enable a culture of design thinking, customer centricity and user experience. In an interactive webinar, we explored how design industry has evolved over the last two decades and how designers must evolve alongside. (Highlight videos: ~ 3 mins)

I was invited to a panel of experts by DesignUp to share my views on the State of Design-in-Tech the South East Asia. DesignUp is Asia’s premier Conference for Design In Tech, and a series of diverse events bringing practitioners, leaders & learners together, fusing insights from East & West. My webinar was intended to reflect on their recent industry research report published in January 2020.

I had an opportunity to chair the 6th annual R&D Process Excellence Summit in Milan, Italy in May 2019. Conference was attended by leading innovation experts across industries from North America, Central Europe and Asia.

I was on the panel of experts to discuss how design thinking catalyzes culture of innovation at large enterprises. (San Francisco, May 2018).

In 2008, I was invited to present on multi-channel customer experience management in retail banking.
